Officer Billman began employment with the Udall Police Department in 2004 as a Reserve Police Officer and has since been promoted to a full-time Police Officer position in 2006.  He currently serves the department as a Field Training Officer and is responsible for the supervision of all Reserve Police Officers.  He is very interested in instituting a DARE program as soon as he completes the required DARE officer training.

Officer Bissell  joined the Udall Police Department in 2007 as a Reserve Police Officer and has since been promoted to a Part-Time position.  He spent 4.5 years of active duty for the United States Marine Corp and currently serves in the Kansas Air National Guard.  With his new Part-Time status Officer Bissell is working to revive a Neighborhood Watch Program for the City of Udall.
