Bulletin #216 is received by radio station KWBB out of Wichita, Ks via teletype 
fromthe Severe Local Storm Warning Center (SELS) out of Kansas City  This bulletin included Udall.  Unfortunately most residence had heard that All the weather advisors had been lifted, at 10:15PM from a local TV station out of Wichita.  This with the fact that Udall had received no severe weather or any storms all day long,  the residents of Udall assumed the worst would pass them by,  and went to bed.
